culture.
culture. especially of the artisitic kind. is a very vague thing. fundamentally what you do is. just keep on doing what you are doing. until it becomes an art. it can be ballpen drawings or whatever. kind of like those kung fu masters, day in and day out, slapping a puddle of water. what is important is constant work at it. you know naman if it is slacking or real work. and eventually, a culture is built around it.
