Don Murphy, a producer, has just announced that he is going to produce a transformers movie.  This was Joseph Kahn's dream project.  Doubt he would be working on it though after his movie, the one with the motorcycles was trashed.  I'd give it to him though coz there is nothing more fun than giving a guy his dream project.  Better than giving it to someone who doesn't give a shit about it, and it's just a paycheck.  Looks like this producer is also producing an Astroboy cartoon movie, with Genndy Tartovsky directing.  I hate the way Hollywood is constanly mining geek world.  Yes, we are a target market, but they don't know how to do it.  I liked Hulk and Daredevil, but the rest of the "real" geek comick world didn't like it.  Oh well.  Well it boils down to the same thing.  I want to be a producer.  Anyway...
