the difference between art and indie

art films tend to have viewers who are snobbish and unhappy, they tend to look down on non-art film lovers as unintelligent, and normal people tend to look at art films as long, boring and black and white

indie films tend to have viewers who are young and happy. the directors want everybody to understand and appreciate their movies. the directors would go mainstream Hollywood if they didn't Hollywood was so stupid which it is, which is why we watch indie in the first place =)

art films = we are smarter than you
indie films = we love life
art films = life is cruel and sad
indie films = life is one big MTV!
