The House of Flying Daggers posters are just gorgeous.  Though my gut feeling tells me that the movie is not that great, I have a feeling it's better than Hero.  I have a feeling Zhang still has to make his quintessential wuxia movie.  He used to disdain them, but this rivalry between him and Ang Lee (I don't think Ang Lee knows it, I think Zhang just thinks he's a better director than Ang, and in fact he very well may be.  Ang just has a little of that American polish, w/c is why he is able to get farther.  Zhang is probably an ass anyway.)

Anyway, I have a feeling his third wuxia movie will be mind-boggling.  But I haven't seen House of Flying Daggers so I would be more than happy to eat my words.  Chomp.
